Royal Bank
As many of you probably know (some in a more direct way than others) the Royal Bank has had a major problem with a software upgrade. The problem is causing transactions to be delayed, many of which are paycheque deposits. Judi Levita, a Royal Bank media-relations officer, had this to say about the problem: "I honestly don't know.
