Check out the logo for this company...man, I thought it was a joke, but no. Clearly this guy started out small and made the logo himself...but maybe it's time to upgrade.

Nine years after the original commercial,the guys that sold a shitload of Budweiser are back. This time with a slightly more political message. Still funny, maybe a little inspiring too.

Perhaps, Stephane, it was because you failed as a leader, to raise the appropriate capital to properly campaign against the Tories. It's not like that could have been foreseen, I mean, it's not like your own campaign to be the leader of the Liberal party ran a deficit or anything... oh wait, it did.

Remember, as we are witnessing in America with Obama's mass of campaign contributions, it takes lots of capital to run a successful campaign. So Liberal party, it is now time to start the onslaught of fundraising needed to counter the current Conservative government.

Elizabeth May and the Greens; I haven't forgot about you. I know you ran a deficit in your campaign during the recent election and you didn't even win a seat. I smell many high rolling, locally grown, fundraising dinners in your future. Perhaps with internationally renown enviro speakers/supporters like Al Gore and Richard Branson for example. Get crackin', May, another election could be just around the corner.

How low can interest rates go? Pretty low apparently. But doesn't cutting interest rates to help with the credit crisis only exacerbate the problem? I am no economist, but here's what I can see:
1) There is no money to be lent in the USA
2) This causes the credit crisis because small businesses cannot borrow money
3) Because interest rates are so damn low, there's no incentive for those with money to lend it (who wants a paltry 1.5% return?).

Wouldn't it make sense to increase interest rates to encourage people to save, which in turn increases the reserves that banks hold, which in turn frees up capital to be lent out...thus ending the credit crisis.

With about a month to go, 527's are gearing up.
