It looks like Toronto has decided to get off the environmental train.
Today the TTC chairman Adan Giambrone, announce massive cuts to the city's transit budget. Including the billion dollar Sheppard Line. Way to go Toronto! Looks like this will never become reality...

Read this story about road rage in the Toronto Star. The craziest part is this:
At one point, when the suspect pulled in front of Christine, he allegedly got on the hood of the SUV and, with his companion now driving, threw other items at the victim. I'd like to know how that conversation went..."Honey, take the wheel...I'm going to climb on the front of the car so I can throw more stuff at that woman!!" |
