We all know that Big Oil (not to be confused with Oli) holds back the electric car. But who holds back the driverless car? I'll tell you who: The insurance companies. If they can make auto-pilots that land aircraft safely, I've got to believe they can make a car drive itself.

The only people who lose are the insurance companies. If we're not crashing into buildings, animals and each other then there's no reason to have insurance...except for theft and fire...but those make up a small part of car insurance anyway.

Think about it.

Just a reminder that tomorrow, June 15, will be the last airing of the Price is Right with Bob Barker as the host. Bob Barker retired earlier this year, filming his last episode as host on June 6 (there is a delay between when the show's filmed and when it's aired).

In addition to being generally awesome and getting some sweet lovin'/sexual harassment suits from Barker's Beauties, Bob Barker is widely recognized as helping to bring animal rights and pet population control into the US consciousness.

And yes, the show will go on. There will be a new season of the Price is Right starting this fall, I think. Nobody knows who the host will be, though.

I found this on Digg: What happens when two boys in a family are named "Winner" and "Loser"? Well, it turns out, Loser does okay with his life and Winner gets in to his fair share of bad situtations.

Any logical person can see this one single instance clearly proves that all childern become the exact opposite of what their names mean. I will therefore name my first two sons: Poor and Stupid.
