Winter Driving
Now that winter is fast approaching, I thought I'd post a video that illustrates what NOT to do when your car is sliding out of control: jump out (unless you're armed with a halloween doom-stick).

Enjoy.

Free Classifieds
So, if you're ever bored, check out the free classified ads onine for your area. I find that Craig's List is a prety good one. I mean, it is where I found this nugget of a gem.

Korea
Hey all,

I've been in Korea for a few days now, and I have to say I've gotten over the initial culture shock. We haven't actually moved into the apartment the apartment the school is providing for us, so we've been staying at a guest house in the Insadong area of Seoul.

I've just posted some random pictures that I've taken so far.

They've got these great food stands all over the place with various kinds of rice cakes in hot sauce and deep fried fish.

Anyway, check out my flickr site to see the rest of my pictures.

Paging D. Dowe...where are you?
Dave, are you in S. Korea yet? Give us an update.

Kramer Apologizes
Here's Michael Richards' apology...are you buying it?

Kramer does not care about black people.
From the "Where are they now file" comes this little clip of Michael Richards (better known as Kramer from Seinfeld) spouting off in a racist tirade at a comedy club:

Let's Pirate Wares!
We all know what Torrent websites are and we all love em!
So, let's make a list of some good ones for our own reference. Many good ones have come and gone for sure. In fact, to date I only use 2 different sites

Mininova for music and MrTwig.net for my beloved South Park episodes (you can get every single one ever aired there)

Ok, so let's share our torrent knowlege!

G.W. Bush uses The Google
Dubya kills me...I have NEVER heard anyone refer to "the Internet" as "the Internets" and Google as "the Google", except for the most powerful man in the world.

Is he just too important to understand the details or just plain clueless?

Eat Like a Snake
Thanks to Keith for showing me this on Youtube:

MySpace.com = Geocities 2.0?
I'm a little out of touch with what the kids find "hip" today...is Myspace.com basically the "Web 2.0" version of Geocities?

Ugmo
I'm pretty sure I've found the ugliest up-to-date website on the Internets. Check out the page for the Toronto Santa Claus Parade.
